How do I send a PA message?

Mobile App

1. Tap the Hardware tab in the footer of your app.
2. Tap the hardware unit you wish to send a PA message through.
3. Tap "Run Harware", then "Send a PA Message".
4. Select any additional units you want to play the message from, then tap Next
5. Select a saved message or write a custom message, then choose the number of times you want to play the message. For more on creating saved messages, see How do I create my PA message library?
6. Once you tap submit, the message will play.

Web Dashboard

1. Go to the on-site hardware page and click "Send PA Message"
2. Choose the unit(s) you wish to send the message from.
3. Choose from a saved message in your message library or type a custom message.
4. Select how many times you'd like the message to play and you're ready to send!
