Perry Weather can now integrate into Eyrus, allowing users to sync policy notifications in Perry Weather with their Eyrus project. If a policy is triggered, Eyrus will automatically send a text message to everyone currently on-site.
Step 1: Log into Eyrus using your email and password
Step 2: Click Eyrus’s navigation menu, and click the section labeled “Project Settings”.
Step 3: In your settings page, click the subsection labeled “Integrations”.
Step 4: Find your Perry Weather integration setup, and click “Edit Configuration” to start the integration process.
Step 5: Put in your Perry Weather client ID and location ID. To get your client ID and location ID, please reach out to your dedicated account manager.
Step 6: All your current policies in Perry Weather will now be shown. Toggle your desired policies that you wish to be enabled to send alerts to your users on Eyrus.
- Note: By clicking the gear icon within a specific policy gives you the ability to customize the audience your alerts are sent to.
- On-Site Now: Text message alerts will be sent to all workers that have a status of “on-site” and are badged IN to a site entrance.
- Seen Today: Text message alerts will be sent to all workers that were seen today, even if they’re currently off-site.
- Groups: Text messages will be sent to all workers added to selected groups.
Step 7: Click “Next”. Your Perry Weather integration setup is complete, and Eyrus will start alerting users.
