Admin and Limited Admin Users can access our 24/7 meteorology support on the settings page of their mobile app, or call 469-546-5082 x2 to speak with the meteorologists over the phone.
Send a message to the meteorologists in the mobile app
- Tap the settings icon in the bottom right corner of the screen
- Select "Consultation" from the list of options
- Verify your email is correct for a response, and type your question for the meteorologists (Tip: the more details you add, the better!)
- Submit your question and wait for a reply in your email inbox
