How do I delete a location?

Web Dashboard

To delete an organization location:

1. From the homepage, click the 'manage locations' button
2. Find the location you need to delete, and click the edit (pencil) button on the location line
3. Find the red 'delete location' button

NOTE- if any users are subscribed, or if a hardware unit is tied to the location, you cannot delete it.

To delete a custom location:

1. From the homepage, locate the location you want to delete 
2. Click the edit (pencil) icon on the location image 
3. In the location settings panel, scroll to the bottom 
4. Click Delete

This action is only available to users with Admin permissions.

Mobile App

1. Go to the Locations screen 
2. Tap the settings (gear) icon next to the location 
3. Tap the Delete button in the bottom-right corner

Delete “My Location”

1. Tap the settings (gear) icon in the bottom-right of the screen 
2. Find the Location Tracking section at the bottom of the page
3. Tap the Disable option - changes will be automatically saved
