Updating your Name and Contact Details
- Click your name in the app header and select My Profile.
- On My Profile you can edit First Name, Last Name, Email and Phone.
- Your email address is used for login and for email alerts, including the daily forecast email.
- Your phone number is where SMS alerts are sent. If SMS is on in your notification settings but no number is saved here, you will not receive texts. This is the most common reason a user reports missing alerts.

Changing your password
On My Profile, use Change Password. If your organization signs in through SSO, your password is managed by your identity provider rather than by Perry Weather.
